e-Manifests for Oilfield Waste
IronSight's easy-to-use workflow makes compliant manifesting simple for all three parties - waste generators, waste haulers, and waste receivers.

Ready for regulation
When compliance involves multiple parties, it helps to have everyone on the same page...literally.
What that page looks like will differ depending on where your operate. Whether you're in Alberta, Texas, or anywhere else that requires multi-party waste transport compliance - IronSight has got you covered.

One job,
every document
Energy Producers can use one job to coordinate a haul, capture waste manifest requirements, create a job ticket, capture safety documentation, and more.
Compliance
made simple
As a service provider you're all set to stay compliant, while minimizing the amount of work required from drivers.

Manifests and beyond
It's not just manifesting that gets better with IronSight. You'll also have visibility into loads heading to your locations, as well as analytics on who's hauling how much of what, to where.
Why use IronSight?
Here are a few reasons why IronSight could be the best option for your company.
Simple
Something we learned a long time ago is that field based software is only as good as it’s adoption. IronSight ensures that every user has a simple, easy experience.
Collaborative
When you have multiple parties involved in a manifest, it helps to have a system where multiple parties can be involved in a manifest. A simple concept, but one that can make all the difference.
Versatile
IronSight works best with all three parties involved, but if you're only able to pick a system for your own company only - IronSight can still work for you. Reach out to talk with us about how.
Connected
If you have a system you’d like connected with IronSight we can work together to make it happen.
SCADA
If you have meters at a pickup, or a drop-off location, actual volumes can be integrated into IronSight and onto a manifest. If you're a generator, jobs can be automatically created based on a tank reading.
Accounting systems
IronSight can pass manifest (and ticket) information through to a financial accounting system to simplify reporting.
More than a manifest
IronSight jobs can be fully functional digital tickets in addition to being a waste manifest. In fact, our e-manifesting workflow is built on our e-ticketing workflow. Combining the ticketing and the manifesting workflows helps further streamline your processes. Additionally, if there are any digital forms that need to be captured, like a JSA, IronSight can do that as well.

Good catch! Yes, we can support other workflows that involve multiple parties. The key functionality here is providing visibility and collaboration for a requester, a service provider, and a location owner. If you have a workflow you'd like to explore with us let us know here.
This will vary depending on which regulator you're working with, what your role in the manifesting process is, and what your relationships are like with the other parties. What we've seen so far is that most businesses are looking for opportunities to either move away from paper, or improve/reduce their tech stack. When a transportation company shows IronSight to their clients, or an E&P introduces it to their transports and disposals - there's interest in learning more.
If you have some time, we'd love to learn more about your situation and help you get the information you need to decide if IronSight for eManifesting will work for you.
You can use IronSight for waste manifesting only, however most companies will find that because their team are already using IronSight for the manifest, adding in things like line items for a costed ticket, and required forms like JSAs, make things easier for everyone. Contact us to learn more
IronSight can be used to support any required manifesting or other fluid transfer documentation. The biggest factors to consider will be whether regulators accept digital manifest documentation. If you'd like to explore IronSight for other manifesting requirements please contact us to discuss further.
Yes, IronSight can be used for other waste streams. However, we strongly recommend rolling out for non-hazardous waste first, and then bringing on hazardous later.
It's relatively common for a generator to also be a receiver, or for a receiver to also be a transporter. Whatever combination matches your business, IronSight will still work for you.
