The Technical Implementation Manager will be a member of the Professional Services team and will collaborate across the company in support of our goals. Looking for someone in Edmonton, AB and willing to consider Calgary, AB for the right candidate.

Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll join the Customer Success team where you'll:

  • Drive the onboarding and training of our customers and proactively pursue expansions with existing customers
  • Be an IronSight Subject Matter Expert to become a problem solver for customers and ensure their business receives the most value from the platform
  • Provide an exceptional experience for customers to support them via email, phone, and video meetings
  • Represent the voice of the customer within IronSight

The Customer Success Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Success and will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 CAD

Responsibilites

  • Lead implementations for new and existing clients including managing schedules and stakeholders, running requirements gathering workshops, workflow mapping, data gathering, configuring, deploying, user acceptance testing, monitoring, and maintaining
  • Roll-up your sleeves by running scripts and database queries, and diving deep to ensure success
  • This role is roughly 50% customer engagement and 50% technical implementation

Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in computing science, engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a software development role; experience as a business analyst or project manager for software implementations is an asset
  • Experience in B2B SaaS organization that delivers moderate-to-complex solutions
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SCADA/IoT, Production Accounting systems is an asset
  • Experience with API development including data architecture and access, protocol development, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own time and multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship building and management skills that shine through when collaborating with clients and internal teams
