Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with a proven track record of building great products and creating thriving teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our entire motivated, cross-functional team while building deep relationships with our clients. You’ll shape and execute strategies for our developer platform, helping energy companies modernize their operations and achieve transformative results.

  • Location: Remote, Hybrid (we’re located in Edmonton, AB, Canada)
    (You must be legally entitled to work in Canada)
  • Salary: In accordance with relevant experience, estimated between $95,000 and $120,000 per year
  • Anticipated Start Date: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Drive initiatives from discovery to delivery. We work closely with clients, validate our approach by iterating on proof-of-concepts and are obsessed about impact.
  • Develop quarterly plans by engaging with with leaders, clients and engineers.
  • Leverage product analytics and A/B testing to optimize conversion, retention and monetization
  • Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales and marketing
  • Create compelling product briefs and user stories in close consultation with designers, engineers and stakeholders
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all product deliverables through rigorous testing, validation, and user feedback
  • Engage clients in interviews, ride-alongs and implementations..
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical docs, and internal playbooks to drive adoption

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques, with a track record of shipping successful features or products
  • Strong background in competitive and market analysis for enterprise software
  • Experience developing and executing pricing, packaging and go-to-market strategies with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, enterprise buying processes, and SaaS metrics
  • Proven track record of using data analytics to drive product decisions and measure business impact
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate complex ideas simply
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is a strong asset
