Dynamic suggestion
Each product or service in your price book can be associated to a specific resource type, counter party (client or vendor), and location, location pair, or even a location group (like a run).
When it's time to add a line item, only the options that apply will appear - cutting down on mistakes and entry time.
Rate agreements
If you create a product or service - you own it. Lock in the details of a rate to ensure it isn't accidently adjusted.
The line match feature adds an extra layer of support when reviewing and approving jobs. Quickly verify if a line item matches the rate agreement.

Update with ease
Connect your products and services with an existing system to ensure each line item is always up to date.
Alternatively, you can export and import line items to edit using a .csv.
