Software Integrations Developer

The Software Integrations Developer will be a member of the Professional Services team and will collaborate across the company in support of our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise ownership of IronSight’s third-party integration capabilities, from strategic planning to tactical execution
  • Lead implementations through the full software development lifecycle, including workflow mapping, configuring, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining
  • Role is approximately 50% backend software development for new integrations, 25% supporting existing integrations, 25% monitoring/proactive activities
  • Consult with clients to understand & document requirements

  • Location: Remote, Hybrid (we’re located in Edmonton, AB, Canada)

  • Salary: In accordance with relevant experience, estimated between $65,000 and $95,000/year
  • Other: Flexible working hours; state-of-the-art hardware
  • Anticipated Start Date: Negotiable

What you Bring

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a software developer; experience as a business analyst or project manager for software implementations is an asset
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SCADA/IoT, Production Accounting systems is an asset
  • Experience with API development including data architecture and access, protocol development, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own time and multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship building and management skills that shine through when collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Comfort with C#, ASP.NET Core and Azure
