Dynamic Dispatch
Automated dispatching to the best available service provider. One click to optimize job assignment based on your business rules.
Prioritize by cost, travel time, safety record, or any other factor that matters most to you.

Your rules, your way
Create "Pools" of preferred service providers based on your requirements. Eligible service providers are ranked based on how well they meet your criteria.
One click
Select the pool you want to use and click to assign. Just like that, you've sent a job out to your network.
No more calls, call back, call agains, and waiting around.

Getting accepted
Your first option for the pool will receive a notification that they have a new job available. They can choose to accept or reject the job.
If they reject the job, or take longer than you want to accept it - it goes to the next best option.

FAQ
Dynamic Dispatch using a custom Pool can be configured in minutes with no training needed. Setting up a Pool that using an external endpoint can vary in complexity depending on the data and logic you'd like to use. Our Professional services team can assist your internal team with designing the endpoint - or can build it for you.
A Pool is the set of service providers (vendors) that you'd like to be considered as options to execute on a job. Think of it like a ranked list that IronSight will go through automatically for you to find an available service provider.
Dynamic Dispatch will send out a job to the #1 service provider from the Pool you've selected, and then if they service provider rejects the job or takes too long to respond, the job will be offered to the next best option, and then the next and so on until it's assigned.
Yes, you can! This is called a "Broadcast" and will send the job to everyone, allowing the first company to respond to get assigned the job.
A great option when you need something assigned as quickly as possible and don't care who it goes to.
After a service provider accepts the job the job status will change from "assigned to pool" to "assigned to service provider".
Under the Analytics tab, reports can be made available to show metrics on any Pools you've set up. Common reports include average time to have a job accepted, how many jobs are being claimed based on the service provider rank, and comparisons between work assigned using Dynamic Dispatch vs work assigned directly to service providers.
Yes, if you need to assign a particular job to a specific company you'll still have the option to directly assign jobs.
