IronSight understands the importance of a smooth and efficient client approval process. We allow clients to review a comprehensive record of every completed job and provide approval with a tap of a button, eliminating the need to search for signatures/stamps in person, handle physical paper documents, or decipher billing accuracy.
We currently have two methods for client approval outlined below.
For clients who prefer direct interaction with the IronSight platform, they can be added as users. This streamlines approval by providing real-time insights into job progress and execution information. Here's how it works:
Real-time Notifications: Clients are instantly notified when a job is complete, keeping them in the loop from start to finish.
Detailed Job Information: Clients can review all execution details, from job descriptions to time spent and location data.
Effortless Approval: With a simple, user-friendly interface, clients can click a prominent "Approve" button, streamlining the approval process.
IronSight also offers a PDF-based approval method for clients who prefer a traditional approach. Service providers can generate a PDF of the job and share it with the client, who can then choose one of two options:
Digital Signature: You can email your clients a copy of the IronSight job PDF. Clients can easily provide a digital signature directly on the PDF document. Once signed, the document can be sent back via email to your office team.
Physical Signature or Stamp: Clients who prefer traditional methods can print the PDF, physically sign or stamp it. After signing, they can scan the document email it back to your office team.
